Who can refer friends?
Anyone who joins Cluenaverse early access (on this site or in the app) gets a personal referral code to share.
When do discounts and credits apply?
Discounts and account credit apply when paid quests launch and your friend completes a qualifying first purchase with your code. Until then, sharing still helps friends join early access.
How long does attribution last?
We use last-touch attribution. The referral code stored from the most recent visit is the one applied at purchase. Exact cookie and storage windows may be refined at launch.
Does credit expire?
Credit is intended for future Cluenaverse quest purchases. Any expiry rules will be shown in the app and on this page before paid quests go live.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals do not earn credit. Orders that already use another discount also do not generate referrer credit.
When will tourism and hospitality partnerships open?
Soon. Email us from the partners section if you represent a hotel, attraction, or visitor organisation. We will follow up when guest codes and commercial packs are ready.
